Having tried the in-house Chinese restaurant at the Imperial Queen’s Park, hubby and I decided to try out the French restaurant, Les Nympheas. The place looked quite posh and I loved the interior. It had very high ceiling and a semi-open kitchen. The seats were really comfortable and decorated with plenty of pillows covered with colourful Thai silk.
Last Thursday, we had to stop by at a hyper mart to buy a big bin for our household waste. Due to the typical traffic in Jakarta, we arrived at Pejaten Village a wee bit late, so we were hungry by the time we got out of the car. So we decided to have our dinner there and then. (more…)
Weet-Bix, strawberries and blueberries in plain yoghurt topped with honey.
Eat with your eyes. Need I say more? Next to it, my usual breakfast (untoasted muesli with dried fruits and assorted nuts with chocolate milk) seemed so un-appealing. But I finished it anyway.
