Well Pak, thank you for your visit to my blog and caring for what people think. Firstly, allow me to reiterate that there is nothing to apologize for! I did say I would come back, right? So that would mean the food is not bad at all. And yes, thank you for your reminder that the food can be cooked to our liking, which we actually did the second time around (I did order a thinner Rösti) and it was everything I had imagined it to be!

I’m sorry if not all of our dishes where to your liking; we will discuss this with our Team and improve the quality.
If you like your dishes prepared in a special way, please don’t hesitate to ask our Team member to cook it to your liking.
We are always happy to follow our guest requests and have them satisfied with our dishes and we cook it to your liking.
The reason that some of the items are a little bit more expensive is due to the fact that we use mostly organic and untreated products; to serve our Guest the most healthy and best quality Products available.
You are right that a goulash soup should not taste sour, I’m not sure what happened, we taste our own products several times throughout the day to assure the best quality.
I’m sorry that this was not the case on your try.
Please accept our apologies and we would like to invite you and your hubby for a free soup next time.

Oh yum! Looks absolutely delicious! Marche isn’t really popular here…boy I miss Jakarta
