Back with a vengeance
Apparently it has not been so easy to blog during holidays, since there is just too much fun to do out there than just sitting and writing behind my little iBook. So I ended up with plenty of pictures of food but I haven’t really been able to write about them and upload them here.
Basically we had a lot of fun in the sun. My hubby’s daughter left on Sunday, 2 August, right after we enjoyed a family brunch at the Four Seasons. His son, however, stayed another 8 days and left on Monday, 10 August.
I was actually back at work on 2 August but having to catch up with work was particularly time consuming since I had to combine it with writing some handover notes, as I have resigned and will concentrate on my freelance business as well as helping my sister set up a newly established local NGO.
So this is the first Saturday where I felt I had enough time to catch up on my writing. Will try my best to write down everything I planned to write about during my holidays, and post them up here for your enjoyment.
Meanwhile, let your eyes feast on a picture of my last breakfast in Bali. This is what I call ‘leaving with a bang’: eggs benedict and ham with hollandaise sauce on English muffin, with a hot cup of cappuccino at Grocer and Grind, Seminyak.
