Dining Out at Sushi Tei
Monday, June 8th, 2009A few days ago, my friend and I went out to Plaza Senayan to buy silver necklaces. She was craving for sushi so we went to the sushi bar in that mall, Sushi Tei. I have never tried sushi at that place as I usually go to Sushi Groove, so I welcomed the change.
We sat at the sushi bar, where some ready made sushi and sashimi were put on a ‘conveyor belt’ and we could just pick what we wanted. Bad mistake. The sushi served on the conveyor belt were not very special, it was those generic sushi rolls or sashimi slices. However, our neighbour had ordered from the menu and it seemed much more interesting. So I think I will give it another try but in my next visit, I will try out sushi from their menu.
